Tour local historic sites that are not usually open to the public. Joel Alderfer, Librarian & Curator of the Mennonite Heritage Center, will guide weekly tours of meetinghouses, churches, cemeteries, a mill, homesteads, and a schoolhouse. Four-week Itinerary. Cost includes admission. Gold Card should send $20 admission fee when registering.

Whether you are a life-long resident or a newcomer to the area, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to learn about Harleysville’s history & reminisce about "things that aren’t there anymore. Panel discussion on life in early 20th Century Harleysville, with several "old timers". Slide presentation on Harleysville history. Not open to use of Gold Cards.

Study local Indian tribes and their artifacts; learn what is folklore, what is myth, and what the truth is about this interesting Native American Culture. Classroom study and some Saturday field trips are included in class format.
