Two identical courses offered at the new Cashatt Studio, 665 Forman Road, Souderton, PA.

The ancient oriental art of Tai Chi can benefit those with arthritis & chronic pain, reduce stress, & promote relaxation. Slow circular motions increase vitality, blood circulation and joint flexibility. Some Chi-Kong exercises included.

Gentle postures, stretching, breathing techniques & relaxation exercises to tune up the body & mind will be presented in this class. Bring a mat or towel to class. Avoid eating 2 hrs. before class. On 3/3 & 5/5 class will meet at Indian Valley Middle School – Hallway beside Cafeteria

Postures, breathing, relaxation & various meditation practices for those who have some yoga experience & are comfortable with slightly more strenuous postures. Some intro to Raja Yoga concepts. Bring mat or towel to class. Avoid eating 2 hrs. before class. On 5/7 & 5/14 class will meet at Indian Valley Middle School – Hallway beside Cafeteria.
