The ancient oriental art of Tai Chi can benefit those with arthritis & chronic pain, reduce stress, & promote relaxation. Slow circular motions increase vitality, blood circulation and joint flexibility. Some Chi-Kong exercises included. Course offered at the Cashatt Studio, 665 Forman Road, Souderton, PA.

Gentle postures, stretching, breathing techniques & relaxation exercises to tune up the body & mind will be presented in this class. Class is designed for beginners, but those with yoga experience are welcome to attend. Bring a mat or towel to class. Avoid eating 2 hrs. before class.
