Adult Taekwon-Do is self defense using strikes & kicks. Come learn this beautiful martial art from Korea. This course is the beginning of a journey to earning a Black Belt & beyond. By registering for this course, participants can attend 20 classes between February and May 2008. Class times vary & are offered 7 days a week. You can choose your times to suit your schedule. This course offered at the new Cashatt Studio, 665 Forman Road, Souderton, PA. There’s a little something for everyone in this class: a little Latin dance, country line dance, kickbox, pilates, strength training, toning, flexibility & stretching - all done to great music! Easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for those looking for something new in a workout. Weights (1 or 2 lbs. recommended) & stretch bands are used. The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering a new short four (4) evening course. Class includes the information needed to satisfy the States of PA, DEL, MD, and NJ requirements. Course Topics: Which Boat is for You, The Necessary Equipment, Rules of the Road, The Buoy System, & Trailering and Handling Your Boat. On passing this course, students receive the necessary forms to obtain a State Boating Certificate, as well as a US Coast Guard Auxiliary Certificate. For your enrollment fee, you receive a textbook, examination booklets and the necessary forms for certificates.

This league fills the void for players who are hesitant to play in traditional power leagues but are interested in an organized game format that promotes competition & rewards the winners. Participants will be placed on teams that will be re-organized into new teams on a regular basis. This format will allow players to play with & against everyone. Each evening will consist of a warm-up time with emphasis on improving existing skills. After warm-ups, teams will play against each other using senior height nets. Individual players will receive points for every game won. At the end of the season, top players with the most total wins will be crowned King & Queen of the Court & receive prizes. Everyone Welcome, but players should have some volley-ball experience.

POWER VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
Power Leagues meet Monday - Thursday according to the league in which team is playing. Some openings may be available for teams. Three matches of 3 games per night. Starting times vary. 10-13 Week Season. Only Qualified teams admitted to leagues. Call Will Lapp, Volleyball Director, 215-721-8965 for team information.
