The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering a new short four (4) evening course. Class includes the information needed to satisfy the States of PA, DEL, MD, and NJ requirements. Course Topics: Which Boat is for You, The Necessary Equipment, Rules of the Road, The Buoy System, & Trailering and Handling Your Boat. On passing this course, students receive the necessary forms to obtain a State Boating Certificate, as well as a US Coast Guard Auxiliary Certificate. For your enrollment fee, you receive a textbook, examination booklets and the necessary forms for certificates.

This fitness workshop features Hi/Lo Cardio, Aerobic, and Strength Training that will work all your muscle groups. The cardio section of class will include a variety of heart conditioning exercises, varying between aerobic combinations and kickboxing. There will be a floor workout using your own body weight to develop core strength and stability in abdominals, hips and lower back. Bring mat and dumbbells weighing 5 pounds or less.
