3/19/2010: SAHS teacher, Cheryle Radcliff, selected as the PA Gifted 2010 Educator of the Year

Cheryle Radcliff, Gifted Support Teacher at Souderton Area High School, has been selected as the PA Gifted Educator of the Year by the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education.

The Educator of the Year Award is given for the following criteria: Outstanding performance as an educator in or beyond the classroom; understanding the unique traits and learning needs of gifted children; successful networking with school staff, parents, and community on behalf of gifted programs; and involvement in advocacy efforts for the gifted at local and state levels Radcliff will receive her award at the Annual PAGE Conference in Pittsburgh in April. She has been teaching at SASD for 12 years.
