04/06/2009: SASD Celebrates Writing with Elementary Schools Open Houses

Souderton Area School District elementary schools will be hosting open houses at each individual building to celebrate the writing development students have achieved throughout the school year. Parents/guardians are invited to accompany their child to this special evening and will have the opportunity to view sample pieces of writing. Due to limited space, this evening is planned only for current elementary students and their parents. Please schedule childcare accordingly.

The Celebration of Writing will be held from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Parking concerns necessitate the modified schedules.

• Thursday, April 16
  Oak Ridge Elementary:
  AM Kindergarten 5:30-6:10; PM Kindergarten 6:20-7:00. Grades 1-5 5:30-7:00.
• Wednesday, April 22
  Franconia Elementary: A-L 5:30; M-Z 6:15.
• Monday, April 27
  Vernfield Elementary: All 5:30-7:00.
• Wednesday, April 29
  West Broad Street Elementary: A-L 5:30-6:15; M-Z 6:15-7:00.
• Thursday, April 30
  Lower Salford Elementary: All 5:30-7:00.
• Monday, May 4
  E. Merton Crouthamel Elementary:
  AM Kindergarten 5:30-6:10; PM Kindergarten 6:15-7:00. Grades 1-5 5:30-7:00.
• Thursday, May 7
  Salford Hills Elementary: All 5:30-7:00.
