Notice of intent to submit a request to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for referendum exceptions for the 2012-2013 school year

As per the Act 1 requirements, the Souderton Area School District will be submit-ting a request to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for approval of two referendum exceptions:  (1) increasing costs in retirement contributions; (2) increasing costs in special education.
