  • Proximity of Athletic Director and Trainer to Athletic Areas
  • Daycare Area with secure pick-up/drop off areas
  • School Nurse and Main Office near Daycare and Special Needs suites
  • Camera monitoring of building readily accommodated
  • Modern public address and bell systems
  • Security stations in high traffic areas
  • Ability to cordon large areas of building as needed
  • Oversized stair towers and elevators
  • Science removed from the highest traffic areas
  • Mechanical systems at far end of the building away from classrooms
  • Sufficient, well located receiving and storage areas
