To design a school that supports both school and community activities (i.e. community sports programs, health services, public service, community education programs.)

• Land development, in cooperation with municipal officials, will further community planning and development goals
• All athletic and core facilities easily available for school and community use during school and non-school hours
• Facilities allow district to generate substantial advertising and rental revenue
• Sufficient parking to accommodate daily and special events
• Library accessible for secure use during school and non-school hours
• Large cafeteria/food court can be used for large school and community events
• Design includes daycare center with secure entrances and exits
