What if I have trouble logging into Home Access Center?

Please contact District Office Central Registration at 215.723.6061 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. You may be required to schedule an appointment to resolve the concern. Please bring a form of identification with you to the appointment.


When I log in to Home Access Center, I am prompted to create two challenge questions and answers. What should I do?

This is part of a new feature that will allow Guardians to change their own passwords in HAC rather than having to contact the Registration Office to have the password changed. (By design, Students must still contact the Registration Office to have their passwords changed.)

Once you create the challenge questions and answers, you will be able to use HAC as usual. You will also have the ability to reset your password. In the event you forget your password, you will be prompted to correctly answer one of these challenge questions.

Examples of challenge questions and answers:

    *The name of your first pet.  Fido.
    *Your favorite sports team.  Phillies.

  • Instructions for printing classwork in Internet Explorer
  • Instructions for printing classwork in Firefox
  • Printing from Chrome is not supported, as Chrome fails to select the entire frame for printing, but rather it only prints the visible area of the frame

To whom should I report incorrect information?

  • For content concerning Scheduling, Attendance, Classwork, or Grades, please contact your child's school.
  • For Registration content, please contact District Office Central Registration at 215.723.6061 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.

Home Access Center is a read-only snapshot of the student information system. The information presented is not changeable using Home Access Center.


When should I expect my child’s grades to be posted?

  • Grades will be posted within 5 class periods or once per cycle.
  • The posting time for major projects and papers will vary based on assignment expectations and the time required for grading.


What if I don't have Internet access at home?

Home Access Center is accessible using any computer connected to the Internet.


What are the non-numerical scores teachers can assign?

Teachers have the option of entering codes for assignments based on the various circumstances that arrive.  Below is the legend for these codes. These codes only apply to High School students.
