What if I have trouble logging into Home Access Center?
Please contact District Office Central Registration at 215.723.6061 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. You may be required to schedule an appointment to resolve the concern. Please bring a form of identification with you to the appointment.

To whom should I report incorrect information?

  • For content concerning Scheduling, Attendance, Classwork, or Grades, please contact your child's school.
  • For Registration content, please contact District Office Central Registration at 215.723.6061 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.
You may be required to schedule an appointment to resolve the concern. Please bring a form of identification with you to the appointment.

Why can't I change any information myself?
Home Access Center is a read-only snapshot of the student information system. The information presented is not changeable using Home Access Center.

When should I expect my child’s grades to be posted?

  • Grades will be posted within 5 class periods or once per cycle.
  • The posting time for major projects and papers will vary based on assignment expectations and the time required for grading.

What if I don't have Internet access at home?
Home Access Center is accessible using any computer connected to the Internet.

The schools utilizing Home Access Center will continue to send home paper copies of progress reports and report cards so that parents/guardians have frequent updates on student achievement.

 

What are the non-numerical scores teachers can assign?

Teachers have the option of entering codes for assignments based on the various circumstances that arrive.  Below is the legend for these codes. These codes only apply to High School students.
