Registration

Parents of new students moving into the Souderton Area School District are required to Schedule a Registration Appointment.

At the time of registration, parents will need to bring their completed, printed, and signed student registration packet for the current school year (2017-2018).
Note:If you are unable to complete and/or print your packet(s) at home, computers are available for your use at the Registration Office, 760 Lower Road, Souderton, PA.

Items Needed For Student Registration:
*A child presented for enrollment in kindergarten must be 5.0 years of age on or before August 31.

  1. Proof of age (Original Birth Certificate)
  2. Proof of required immunizations
  3. School transcript and/or report card
  4. Special Education IEP (if applicable)
  5. Custody papers (if applicable)
  6. Proof of residency (i.e., current electric bill or a copy of your signed lease)
    A phone bill or driver's license will not be accepted as proof of residency.

All forms and documents must be presented before your child(ren) can be fully enrolled in school.

Through lessons and activities within the school walls, and experiences outside on the playground, on the bus, or on field trips, Souderton Area School District kindergarten students are learning to meet the academic expectations of a standard-driven curriculum. In addition, they learn the social skills that help them to become respectful and contributing members of a community.
