Online Registration:

Print and sign the forms and bring to the Registration Office at the Souderton Area Administration Offices.

Registration Forms Mailed:  If you would like the Registration information mailed, please contact the Registrar at 215-723-6061 ext. 10227.  When forms are completed, please call 215-723-6061 ext. 10227 to set up an appointment. 
           
You must also bring a copy of your child’s immunizations to registration.  The following are required for entrance into school:
●   4 doses of Diphtheria and Tetanus (with one dose administered on or after the fourth birthday)                       
●   3 or more properly spaced doses of Polio                  ●   3 properly spaced doses of Hepatitis B                     
●   2 properly spaced doses of Measles, Mumps             ●   1 dose of Rubella (German Measles)                                   
●   2 doses of Varicella (chicken pox) vaccine or history of disease

Children who will be five years of age before September 1, 2012, will be eligible for kindergarten.  Please bring your child’s original birth certificate.  You must also bring proof of residency (i.e., current utility bill, current water bill, copy of lease, etc).  A phone bill or license will not be accepted as proof of residence.
All forms and documents must be presented before your child can be fully enrolled in our kindergarten program. 

Teacher assignments and A.M. or P.M. sessions will be determined during the summer at which time you will receive notification of class times and general kindergarten information.  If you have a preference for A.M. or P.M. please bring along a note to registration stating which you would prefer and the reason.  Please note that A.M. or P.M. sessions will be determined based on reason and availability.
