MY LUNCH MONEY ANNOUNCEMENT
Please be aware that the last day to make a payment on your student’s lunch account for the 2011-2012 school year through the My Lunch Money Web site (www.mylunchmoney.com) will be Monday, June 11, 2012.  After June 11, 2012 the system will be shut down for the summer and re-activated on Wednesday, August 1, 2012.

www.MyLunchMoney.com offers an easy way to manage your child’s lunch account.  You can monitor what your child is purchasing 24/7.  It eliminates the possibility of lost cash or checks on the way to school.

For existing My Lunch Money accounts, please be sure to update your child’s grade, school location and delete accounts for any graduating seniors. These steps are necessary to ensure that www.MyLunchMoney.com communicates with our systems. 

To begin using the MyLunchMoney.com Web site, simply log on to www.mylunchmoney.com.  You will need your child’s student ID number  which is available by calling the school that your child attends.  The attendance secretary or cafeteria manager will have this information.   You will also need your child’s birthdate to set up the account.   A credit/debit fee is charged each time money is placed on your child’s account (the present charge is $1.95 per transaction).  My Lunch Money is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  There is no charge to set up and monitor your student’s lunch account.


CASH ACCOUNT ANNOUNCEMENT
The last day to make a payment by cash or check on your child’s lunch account will be Thursday, June 7, 2012.  After that date, there will be no one on site to accept payments. 

PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR CHILD’S LUNCH ACCOUNT PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 7, 2012 IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE BONUS BUCKS IN THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR.  Any child’s account with a negative balance as of June 8, 2012 will not be eligible for Bonus Bucks in the 2012-2013 school year.  Bonus Bucks will be offered Wednesday, August 1, 2012 through Wednesday, October 31, 2012.  For every $10.00 placed on your child’s account in this time period, $1.00 will be added to your child’s account.  Bonus Bucks will be applied after August 27, 2012 by the building Food Service Manager to your child’s account.


ATTENTION:  PARENTS OF SENIORS

All obligations, including payment in full of any outstanding lunch account balances, must be made prior to graduating.
