You may apply for meals anytime during the school year. If you are not eligible now, but have a change, like a decrease in household income or an increase in household size, become unemployed or get food stamps or TANF for your children, complete an application then.

In the operation of the child-feeding program, no child will be discriminated against because of race, sex, color, national origin, age or disability. If you believe you have been discriminated against, write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington DC 20250.
