Transportation Services: Bus Stop Change Request Forms Due by July 27
PARENTS: Please be reminded that Bus Stop Change Requests Forms are due by next Friday, July 27, 2012. Bus Stop Change Requests DO NOT RENEW. A new form must be completed every school year. Please see the information and request form below.
July 27, 2012 is the final date for Bus Stop Change Forms to be received by bus company for processing. With the exception of new student enrollment, bus stop changes requested after this date may not be effective for the start of the school year. This applies to stop changes for child care arrangements and custody agreements. Please use the link below to download, complete and return your form by July 27th.
Bus Stop Change Request Forms may be mailed, faxed or dropped off to any school or the District Administrative Office.
