RFP for Facilities Study

The Souderton Area School District is soliciting a request for proposals (RFPs) for a comprehensive facility assessment study.  The study will be used to evaluate the conditions at each District facility and be the guide for capital project planning for the next 5-10 years. 
The schedule for evaluation and selection of a vendor to provide these services is:
Mandatory pre-proposal meeting & facility tour
December 16th at 9:00 a.m.
760 Lower Road, Souderton
Deadline for RFP questions
December 27th at 3:00 p.m.
Receive responses to RFP
January 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
Selected finalist interviews
January 6th at 10:00 a.m.
Presentation to Board by selected firm
January 8th at 7:00 p.m.
Tentative School Board approval 
January 23, 2020
The District does request that any vendor that attends the pre-proposal meeting on December 16 only send one representative on the facility tour as to limit the size of the group in our buildings during the school day. The December 16th meeting will be held at 9:00 AM at the District Administrative Offices located at 760 Lower Road in Souderton.
Please direct any requests for or questions regarding the RFP to Mr. Frank Ball, Supervisor of Operations, in writing at fball@soudertonsd.org.  Questions and answers that are addressed will be made available to all vendors that attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting on December 16th through a Google document via a link that will be provided at a later date.
