Facility Rentals

The Souderton Area School District is pleased to offer our facilities for community use when they are not in service for school programs. The rental of gymnasiums, auditoriums, classrooms and athletic fields are among the nicest facilities in the area and are suitable for a wide range of events and activities.

Important Guidelines for Use
  • School Priority: School-related activities and programs always take precedence. Please be aware that community rentals may occasionally be rescheduled to accommodate district needs.
  • Associated Fees: Rental fees may be assessed to offset custodial, administrative, or operational costs.  See the current rental fees.
  • Insurance Requirements: All organization applicants must meet the district’s insurance requirements and submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to approval.
  • Review & Approval: Requests are evaluated and approved based on facility availability, seasonal sports schedules, and alignment with Board policy.
  • Submission Timeline: To ensure adequate processing time, please submit all facility requests at least 7 working days in advance of your event.
