Act 372

In accordance with Act 372, Souderton Area School District provides transportation for resident students who attend a nonpublic or charter school that is located within the District or within 10 miles of the District boundaries.  Parents of such students who require transportation services must submit an Act 372 form to the Transportation Department annually by July 1st.

• Please complete the Act 372 form by July 1st annually.
  Please be sure to complete a Request for Transportation Form (ACT 372), for each student. (Address MUST BE the physical address, not a P.O. Box).
