Student Device Collection

To keep students' 1-to-1 devices in good health from year to year, it is necessary to perform annual updates and maintenance. Accordingly, each school conducts student device collection at the end of the school year.

  • Device Collection Details
    Each school shares details on the device collection process for their building.
  • Replacement Costs
    Devices and/or accessories provided by the District either not returned or returned damaged during collection, are subject to a replacement cost per the terms of the Student/Parent Agreement for Mobile Device Use found on the 1-to-1 Web page. Use the following link for Student Device Replacement Costs.
    *Payment can be made via cash or check at the school, or online.
  • Devices for 2023-2024
    Upon completion of maintenance, devices are prepared for distribution to students for use during the 2023-2024 school year.
